Senior Project Manager

Job description

We’re looking for a super talented project manager to join our delivery team in our Farringdon office. You’ll experience the thrill of working on a range of exciting high profile startup projects with the stability of an established agency.

Who are we?

We are a creative digital agency. A team of thinkers and doers that understand the whole digital landscape. We combine our knowledge with user insight gathered through our Power of Many™ research model to fuel HexAgile™: a highly collaborative way of working that helps our clients transform how they engage their customers.

We have an insatiable curiosity for the world around us, with skills and interests that go far beyond our job descriptions. It makes us a team of hybrids, able to bring fresh perspectives to every project.

We believe great work happens when creative minds feel comfortable to be themselves.

Where does this job fit into the organisation?

The senior project manager will lead delivery of multiple projects ranging from product design & build, content creation, end-to-end digital campaigns and everything in between. This includes compiling project requirements, creating and managing project schedules, creating and managing project budgets, resourcing, studio management, and tracking the progress of projects with the internal team.

How many projects will I be working on at a time?

We actively work with a range of clients, covering large product-focused work, smaller digital and print design projects and monthly retainers for both established names and marketplace challengers. Some PMs will be entirely focussed on single large projects and pitches, whereas others will include getting stuck into smaller briefs and problem-solving for our retained clients.

What is the hardest part of this job?

You will need to be an expert at creative thinking, juggling priorities and working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced industry where things can change with little notice. There’s a lot of space to learn, grow, and supercharge your career.

What will my personal space be like?

Our Farringdon office is open-plan; you’ll have a spacious desk next to the rest of the delivery team with personal storage space. We have several spaces for collaboration, such as meeting rooms and sofas and kitchen and shower facilities on-site.
