We’re looking for a smart, friendly, creative and unflappable Account Strategist to nurture existing relationships and grow new opportunities. You’ll be the go-to person for key clients, and managing a team of Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class strategy, execution and reporting across the board.

This role will be within our client services team, reporting into the partners and working closely with the delivery team. We expect you to be brimming with ideas, challenge yourself, to grow and develop, and provide world class client service.
How many projects will I be working on at a time?
You’ll be responsible for a handful of key client accounts and will work closely with our business development, delivery and production teams to assist from the early stages of new business right through to the delivery of projects across our service spectrum of strategy, identity, platform and growth.
What is the hardest part of this job?
We foster a continuous improvement mindset at Hex and the hardest part of the job will be to ensure all clients receive excellent levels of service as well as helping us to win new business and roll out procedural improvements as we learn and grow.
What will my personal space be like?
Our Farringdon office is open-plan; you’ll have a spacious desk next to the rest of the client services team with personal storage space. We have several spaces for collaboration, such as meeting rooms and sofas and kitchen and shower facilities on-site. As we navigate the pandemic we’ll be consulting the whole team to build the ideal working environment including remote work.
What we absolutely need you to do:
Expertly balance the demands of multiple clients, accounts and integrated digital strategies
Develop new strategies to increase clients' competitive advantage
Broaden clients' understanding of their customers, markets and challenges
Produce valuable status reports and meeting agendas
Strive for product excellence with an incredible eye for detail
Support the delivery team to ensure timely, top-quality delivery
Support a team of Account Managers with mentorship, strategic ideation, analysis and insight
Support the wider client services team with research, analysis and insight
Produce compelling, insightful reports
Work on new business pitches
